Brent has a new companion

Elder Tueller my companion is now on medical release from his mission and hopefully be returning in three months. We had been waiting for a couple weeks to see what the doctors in Salt Lake said and on Monday this week they said he needed to leave in order to get surgery so he had his plane booked for thursday and has been gone for two days. It was really said because he was such an amazing companion but I am glad that the Lord blessed him with the surety that he needed in order to know that the decision to go home and get fixed was a good one. I am sure he will be back here in no time at all.
So becuase Elder Tueller left early we had to do an emergency transfer and My new companion is way cool as well his name is Elder Page and is really a chill guy. We get along swimmingly...his life plans are to become an Imagineer for Disney, he loves Disneyland and knows even more than I do about the history. He is a lot younger than I am and still struggles with teaching and spanish so I know that both of us are going to learn a lot this cambio.
Recently in the office I have made the new record keeping system( which is a lot better than the old one, not to toot my own horn) and I have set it up to work for the next two years without fail..BAM. Also, we have changed how we count baptisms in the mission as far as numbers go and so we have been working with the assistants to figure out how we need to change everything we´ve got so that it works for our new system. We are still in the process.
Wow, just looking back on the last 3 cambios that I have been here I see three things, first time flies way to fast and I will never have enough time to fully catch up. Second, that the mission I first came to has completely changed and I had the blessing of being part of those changes and bringing them about, and thirdly that the Lord truly does bless those who work hard and smart in his service.
We haven´t had much time to go out into our sector but the one day we did go out a girl named Carola just stopped us and said hello and asked us if we could take her to church on Sunday. We, of course, were more than obliged to help her get to the church and promptly got all of her information! Then Sunday comes, she isn´t there, I call and she tells me she thought the church was on Barros Arana and Colo Colo which is about 20 blocks away from where it really is, fail on my part, but then when I told her where it really was she walked immediately over and she loved church! She is so amazing! Yesterday we had our 2nd lesson with her and we had given her a large amount of homework and when we asked her about it she had read all of it and more.
And that is how revelation works my friends!! It was probably one of the coolest moments ever. We had felt the spirit in the nights planning and we were prepared for the questions that Carola had! It made it so we could teach Carola and not a lesson. She has a fecha for the 26 of Febuary. I know that the Lord blesses those who are prepared and willing to listen. It was a wonderful experience.

Today for Pday we went and saw a giant waterfall in Chillan, it is really dry so the waterfall wasn´t as big as it could have been but it was still really cool.
Well Fam, I think that is everything for right now, I love you and I think you guys are doing a great job, keep reading the scriptures and going to the temple!

Love,

Elder Reed
