more miracles

Oh, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! Sorry I am a little late, I hope it was awesome. How many years, 25? that is crazy! Your so old, ha ha just kidding.

This week was a week of MIRACLES!!! It was just an amazing week. We seriously saw so many miracles. WE were able to set some baptismal dates. And oh, OVIDIO WAS BAPTIZED!!! I got a letter from Hermana Roberts and he was baptized on his scheduled day!! Well, a week later actually. But I am sooo happy. I have felt very strongly that I came to Spain, if nothing else, to find Ovidio!! Hermana Roberts said he bore his testimony afterward about the Book of Mormon, and talked about the two angels that found him and brought him the gospel. That is why I am here, to be an angel of the Lord, and instrument in His hands to find the elect! And it is the most gratifying and amazing feeling ever to see them enter the waters of baptism and know that they are on the road to eternal life.

Funny story. I was walking along the road, with my companion of course, and we stopped at a red light, then it turned green and we began crossing the street. De repente I heard a women screaming, I look to my left and there is a lady on a bike headed straight for me. Well, she ran into me, I could explain in details, but suffice it to say, she ran into me with her bike. Well, she was all freaked out, I said , es que, esta verde (the light), and the man helping us agreed with me. Well, she said sorry, and I took the opportunity to talk about the gospel. We got her information and she said that this is not by chance we met. If she gets baptized that will be the coolest finding story!! haha

So, it was a great week. Oh, last week soemthing funny happened. As we were writing our weekly emails this young guy came in and starts taling to the owner of the locutorio in english, and he seemed very distressed. WEll the other man didn´t speak english, so I thought we would go help. He is from the states, I said do you need some help, and he said yes. He looked at my chapa and just said, oh yes this is perfect, I know you can help me! He said my mom is a mormon, I was just in Utah, she will love this story. So, we helped him out, his car had been towed and he needed to figure out where they took it. Anyway, he said that he knows it wasn´t by chance that this happened, and he got our email addresses and said it wasn´t the last of him we had heard, that we are now life long friends. So, I hope he gets baptized.

Wow, I am writing a lot today! But I just ran out of things to write. I made chiken divan, it was heavenly!!! It made me feel right at home, and my companion loved it. It is her birthday in a couple days! I made her an ice cream cake this morning, it will be yummy, but I had to improvise on some things so it won´t be as yummy as when we are at home, but that is ok.

I love you all so much! Holly, of course you have to share a tent, its girls camp, no one has their own tent! haha. And did Holly really finish her personal progress, like she got the medallion and everything? Because I told the young women´s president here about that and she said is that even possible! I said, well I think so, I think my sister did it. She wants to write Holly and see how she did it haha. Unless I was mistaken and she hasn´t finished yet, but I was under the impression that she finished really early ha ha. And Connor, keep reading in the Book of Mormon and preparing for a mission!!!

I love you all!
